Strata EV Charger Approval and Installation
If your body corporate hasn’t dealt with an EV charger request before, that’s common, and it’s manageable.
You are covered at every stage. Assessment, documentation, installation, and compliance sign-off, all under one fixed price.
We confirm the cost of your strata EV charger installation in writing before any work starts. We stand behind the finished job with a 2-year workmanship warranty, so you’re covered either way.

How We Install Your Charger
A strata installation still needs the right documentation, the right sub-metering, and a compliance certificate that covers the building as well as your charger. Cutting any of that out is where problems start.
We handle the full scope from assessment through to compliance sign-off, with one team managing the approvals, the installation, and the paperwork. No separate party handling the body corporate application.

We assess your car space, the shared switchboard, and the cabling routes on-site, so nothing gets assumed.
You get a quote that matches the job, not a rough estimate.
Strata Install Design and Documentation
Every detail, the cabling route, the sub-metering, the load management, gets confirmed before we submit for approval.
It means nothing gets improvised once the job is underway.
Full Setup Installation and Testing
Your charger and sub-metering get fitted, and the whole job tested before sign-off.
You get proof the work meets standard, for your own records and the building’s.
Backed by a 2-Year Warranty
We remain available for servicing and repairs long after the compliance certificate’s been issued.
It means peace of mind lasts well beyond the installation itself.
Built on Trust With Bankstown Homeowners
Licensed and Accredited Electricians
Licensed, insured, and Clean Energy Council accredited, we handle every install to the compliance standard your charger warranty requires.
EV Specialists, Not Generalists
Generalist electricians take on EV charger work occasionally. We’ve built our business entirely around it.
Compliance Certificate Included
Every EV charger install we complete is certified and signed off before we leave the property.
A Local Team You Can Rely On
We live and work in Bankstown. Reaching us is easy, because we’re not routed through a call centre.
Fixed Price, No Add-Ons
We price the full scope before we start, not piece by piece as the job goes on.
2-Year Warranty on Every Job
Our work is covered by a workmanship warranty on every job, not just the compliance certificate.

We weren’t sure whether an installer could even work in common property without special approval.
Edward installed a load-management system so several owners could eventually add chargers without overloading the supply.
Finally charging at home in our apartment car space, something we thought wouldn’t be possible.

Keith explained exactly what common property work was involved and kept disruption to other owners to a minimum.
Approval came through quicker than we expected and the installation itself was seamless.
